Successfully sealed multiple stack lines in a block of units by addressing all cracks and breaks in the 100mm clay sewer pipe serving the entire building complex.
The aging clay pipe system serving the entire unit block had multiple cracks and breaks throughout the stack lines. Traditional replacement would require extensive excavation and major disruption to all residents.
Our team performed multiple pipe inversions and junction repairs to restore full functionality. We created strategic excavation points for point-to-point relining access, replaced old cast iron sections with PVC, and installed new inspection openings for future maintenance.
