Our team at P24 Pipe Relining Sydney conducted an assessment of a broken 225mm diameter pipe that served the entire stormwater roof system of the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. We were able to salvage the pipeline by deploying a pipe reline through all levels of the hospital, which effectively sealed the cracks and breaks in the cast iron pipe.
Had this issue not been promptly addressed and resolved, it could have resulted in flooding and significant disruption to the hospital's intensive care unit (ICU) ward.
