Before relining, your sewer must be thoroughly cleaned and prepared. We use high-pressure water jetting at up to 5000 PSI to remove all tree roots, debris, grease buildup, and scale. Any protruding roots or rough edges are mechanically cut or ground smooth. This ensures perfect adhesion of the new liner to your existing pipe walls.
The German Brawoliner resin-saturated liner is custom-cut to your sewer's exact length and diameter. The liner is carefully positioned at the access point and slowly winched through your existing sewer pipe using specialized equipment. This process requires precision and expertise to ensure the liner travels smoothly through bends and junctions.
Once positioned correctly, the liner is inflated using air or water pressure to conform perfectly to the inside of your existing pipe. It's then cured using hot water, steam, or UV light (depending on the system) to harden the resin. This creates a rigid, structural new pipe that bonds to your existing pipe walls. The curing process is carefully monitored to ensure complete hardening.
After curing and cooling, we conduct a final CCTV inspection to verify perfect installation and complete coverage. We cut out junction connections using robotic cutters to restore branch line connections. Flow testing ensures your sewer is functioning perfectly.
