3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during inspection or work. Any variations to quoted prices will be communicated and approved before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit card payments. A deposit may be required for large projects.

5. Warranties

We provide a 25-year warranty on all pipe relining work, covering materials and workmanship. Warranty terms and conditions are provided in writing upon completion of work. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their property and plumbing issues
• Ensuring safe access to work areas
• Securing pets and removing obstacles that may impede work
• Notifying us of any changes to property conditions

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover mobilization costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Insurance

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and workers compensation insurance as required by Australian law.
